Welcome to the shop policy page. Before make a purchasing decision in the website, please read carefully the answers to the questions that most of you care about.
We are in France and ship worldwide.
In view of the current circumstances and the containment measures taken by the French Government, we want to inform and reassure you: as long as the postal services remain active, we are able to dispatch your tools, material and / or any order placed within the online store but please be aware that some deliveries in particular outside the France will be slower than usual.
We accept custom requests and welcome cooperation projescts. Contact us directly!
- In the website, all prices are in Euros; the final order amount shown in your cart is in Euros.
- We accept Paypal and all major credit cards processed via Payplug.
All the parcels will be delivered via the service of La Poste, France.
Depending on the shipping address and destinations, you will see the total postage and you have several choices:
- Priority Mail (not tracked and not insured)
- Priority Mais with Tracking Service (tracked but not insured)
- Registered Mail (tracked and insured)
you can choose to upgrade your shipping from priority to registered. Tacking service or registered mail is recommended; your package is tracked and/ or a signature will be needed on delivery.
If you choose Priority Mail, we won’t be able to provide you further tracking information. The French postal service works correctly but once if your parcel is lost, we have no tracking receipt and have no way to know where it is. I am sorry that we don’t take responsibility for the risk of delivery.
We manage and dispatch the parcels every Saturday or Monday, once a week, from the 16th October 2020. If you place the order on Tuesday, we will process and ship your items in a week.
If you need to speed up the processing time, please contact us too. We will do our best and manage for you.
Estimated Delivery Times
After the parcels are dispatched, we won’t be able to speed up the delivery time. According to our experience, the estimated delivery times are as below:
- France: 3-5 working days
- Europe, Switzerland, UK: 4-8 working days
- United States, Canada: 5-12 working days
- Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 8-14 working days
After the parcels arrive in the country of the destination, your local postal service will take in charge of the delivery and keep the tracking info updated.
Return & Refund Policy
If you do not like your purchase and wish to return it to us, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. The items will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please understand and keep the following in mind:
- Return postage is paid by the customer
- Returned items should be packed safely and shipping must be trackable (if they get lost we will not take responsibility for them)
- Returned items must be received in undamaged/ unused condition
- Digital downloads, custom or personalized orders and items on sale are not refundable
We shall refund the shipping costs to you and the cost of the item after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Faulty
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. The items will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt. We shall refund in full postage cost and the original invoice value including the shipping fee.
