Waht do you sell? | |
For miniature dollhouse collectors, we provide handcrafted miniatures, including food, flowers, books, tableware, picture frams and decoration items. All the handcrafted items are made by Peiwen PETITGRAND. For creative craft lovers, we provide high quality clay cutters, silicone molds and related material. Fine filigree ornament items are selected for dollhouse builders. | |
Can I checkout as guest when placing the order in your website? | |
Yes, you can checkout as guest without creating an account! However, you are recommended to sign up with us in order to obtain the good shopping experience in our shop: you can view the records of recent orders/ shipping status, manage your addresses book, and edit your password and account details easily. |
Where do you ship from? Do you ship worldwide? | |
We are in France and we manage orders and ship every Saturday or Monday, once a week from the 16th October 2020. We accept international orders. |
How do you calculate shipping? | |
Postage are set by postal services based on the following factors: 1) Shipping method 2) Weight 3) Shipping destination At the checkout, you will see the total caculated postage. We group shipping! We recommend you to take advantage of better rate when buying several items in an order. |
How do I track my order? | |
Tracking information is available when you choose Priority Mail with Tracking Service (only tracking without insurance)or Registered Mail (tracking and insured airmail) at the checkout. You are able to track and see the shipping information at: Official site of La Poste https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel Global Package Tracking http://parcelsapp.com/en If you choose Prioriy Mail, we won’t be able to provide you further tracking information and we have no way to know where the parcel is. Please note that it does not state that your parcel will get lost easily if you choose Priority Mail but for the risk and security issue, we suggest our customers to choose Priority Mail with Tracking Service or Registered Mail at the checkout. |
When will I receive my order? | |
According to our experience, the estimated delivery times are as below: France: 3-5 working days Europe, Switzerland, UK: 4-8 working days United States, Canada: 5-12 working days Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 8-14 working days |
If my item is damaged in transit, what should I do? | |
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. The items will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt. We shall refund in full postage cost and the original invoice value including the shipping fee. |
If I don’t like my item, may I return it ? | |
If you do not like your purchase and wish to return it to us, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. The items will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please see the detail at Return & Refund Policy |
If I haven’t received my items, what should I do? | |
The French post office advise waiting for two months. If your order is sent with Priority Mail with Tracking Service (only tracking without insurance) or Registered Mail (tracking and insured airmail), we will bring the tracking receipt and claim at the local post office. We will keep you posted the instruction and decision of La Poste. If your order is sent with Priority Mail, since we don’t have tracking receipt of your parcel, we cannot claim at the post office. We will provide you the proof that the parcel has been dispatched in the local post office but we won’t take responsibility for the delivery risk of your order. |
