This is traditional pastry of Alsace, a very famous wine region in the northeast of France. Lamb cake was offered to children when they returned from Mass on Easter Day. It’s lamb shaped Brioche sprinkled with icing sugar! In Easter season, we have bells, animals, sea fruits/ sea shells in dark chocolate, milk chocolate and praline chocolate here.
