It’s fun to make molds. Mold-making permits a certain reproduction for dollhouse projects. As I always need a great amount of plates for mini cuisine, and pastries etc, mold-making becomes an indispensable skill for reproduction. It’s helpful when we build dollhouse scenes or make miniature projects.

I will conduct a 2-half-day-workshop in Chicago in April 2024. I will show different types of material for mold-making and for reproduction, specifically for miniature projects (utensils, like dishes and plates, flower pots and wine bottles etc.) in one inch scale. Students can bring their own objects for reproduction, one or two pieces, if they wish, none over 1” x 1” x 1”. After the reproduction is completed, we will decorate mini objects, like plates, wine bottles and flower pots etc. If students have a special request for the workshop, please contact me directly.
